The marquee parade of the Portland Rose Festival has sent floral floats, marching bands and equestrian units through Portland since 1907. In 2026 it combined for the first time with the Starlight Parade into a single evening event along Naito Parkway. (2027 dates approximate, based on the event's usual slot the second Saturday after Memorial Day.)
