Charlotte's oldest major arts festival fills Freedom Park with juried booths from more than 150 artists, food vendors, and a music stage over a September weekend. It began in 1964 and the 2026 edition marks its 62nd year. Admission is free and the festival benefits local parks and recreation programs.
