Downtown Easton's Centre Square turns over to garlic themed food, a chef demonstration stage and craft vendors for one free weekend each October. Started in the 2000s to celebrate the region's farms, the festival has grown into a signature Lehigh Valley food event. Vendors sell everything from garlic ice cream to roasted garlic bulbs by the bag.
