The East Atlanta Strut is a volunteer-run street festival held on Flat Shoals Avenue every fourth Saturday of September. Founded in 1998 to benefit a local Boys and Girls Club, it now draws tens of thousands of people for a parade, live music, and an artist market, with proceeds funding neighborhood grants.
