Downtown Franklin recreates a Victorian Christmas each December, with costumed Dickens characters, carolers and buskers filling Main Street alongside arts and food vendors. The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County has staged it for 41 years. The 2026 festival runs December 12 and 13.
