Rock Hill spreads its spring festival across ten days, with a different signature event each night, from a hot air balloon rally to a talent competition to a downtown road race. The festival began in 1962 and remains one of the oldest citywide festivals in the Carolinas. It closes with a fireworks show over Cherry Park.
