Juried outdoor fine-art festival in Coconut Grove founded in 1963, now ranked among the top outdoor art festivals in the country. Roughly 285 juried artists exhibit along the waterfront near Peacock Park and Biscayne Bay over Presidents' Day weekend. What began as a publicity stunt for a local playhouse has grown into one of Miami's marquee cultural events.
