Running since 1984, the Chicago Blues Festival is the world's largest free blues festival, filling Millennium Park with days of live blues alongside satellite shows at Ramova Theatre and Maxwell Street. The city's Department of Cultural Affairs produces it every June. The 2026 edition ran June 4 through 7; 2027 is expected on the same early-June pattern.
