One of the oldest and most prestigious point-to-point mountain bike races in the country, run between Hayward and Cable since 1983. The signature Chequamegon 40 covers forty miles of forest fire roads and draws thousands of riders from across the country. A Friday expo in Cable precedes Saturday's race.
