Boulder City throws itself into a full day of small-town Independence Day tradition each July 4th, starting with a pancake breakfast and a flyover-launched parade down Colorado Street, and continuing with a coin-toss dive at the municipal pool and evening fireworks at Veterans Memorial Park. The local nonprofit Damboree Committee has run the celebration for decades.
